Yes, I noticed the bald spot – looks like it could be a “hot spot” which are common problems with Shiba Inu’s. No excessive itchiness though?
My poor girl looks like a wreck and is constantly bothered by being itchy. I’m hoping it is just allergies and will go away with the summer heat.

Got your comment, thanks for stopping by. Jay and I were so excited that you identified Eddie’s breed (we’ve wondered) and that he has a little bald patch. He’s never had it before, it’s just a little spot on his back leg. I thought maybe he had a mosquito bite and just scratched or chew it off. We took him to the vet and got some medicine for it, but it hasn’t really changed. I’m hoping the hair will grow back soon, it’s been a month like this.
I’ll keep you posted!!
